Various companies have begun to implement the use of artificial intelligence in their respective company operations, in an effort to reduce costs and at the same time increase efficiency and productivity. Most recently, Salesforce shared that AI now does around 30% to 50% of tasks in their companies.
It is said that the accuracy rate in operations reaches around 93% through the use of artificial intelligence, and it is not impossible to reach 100% in the near future. Salesforce said that one of the reasons for the success and accuracy of operations is also because they have extensive data, compared to various other companies.
Salesforce itself has previously laid off thousands of employees, in continuing to optimize operations. In addition to Salesforce, several companies have also publicly announced the use of artificial intelligence, including Meta which previously stated that their code has begun to be written by artificial intelligence models today.
