ASUS Introduces Another Gold-Plated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 Graphics Card

If you remember a few months ago, we wrote about the limited edition ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition graphics card, which is a gold-plated ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card and is limited to 100 units in the Middle East market.

Recently, ASUS has introduced the Dhahab edition graphics card again, and this time for the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 model. Named ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 Dhahab CORE, this graphics card is seen to come with a gold-plated design similar to what was shown on the more powerful model.

The size and design of this graphics card is seen to be similar to what was shown on the ROG Astral RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition, and is also expected to be coated with 24-karat gold. In terms of specifications, it is equipped with 10752 CUDA cores, 16GB of GDDR7 memory, uses a PCIe 5.0 interface and comes with two HDMI 2.1b plugs and three DisplayPort 2.1b plugs.

For GPU speed, this graphics card comes with a Boost Clock speed of 2760MHz and in OC mode, it can reach 2790MHz. In terms of power consumption, ASUS recommends that you power this graphics card with an 850W power supply, especially with the TDP of this graphics card which reaches 360W.

ASUS says that unlike the Astral RTX 5090 Dhahab graphics card, the RTX 5080 Dhahab graphics card will be sold in wider markets, and will come with a larger number of graphics cards.

ASUS has not confirmed if this graphics card will come with a limited edition label, but when it is launched, it will be easier to buy than the more powerful graphics card.

It is currently unknown when this graphics card will go on sale, as well as its price tag.
