ElevenLabs Announces 11.ai – Voice-Based Virtual Assistant



ElevenLabs is already well-known for their audio generation technology, especially focusing on text-to-audio, as well as audio generation that can be in the form of speech and conversation. Not only that, they have now also announced the development of their own virtual assistant, called 11.ai.


11.ai is currently offered in alpha form, and can be accessed via the web. Users can chat and ask various things through 11.ai, and it will provide appropriate responses. When doing the first setup, users can also choose a name for the virtual assistant, in addition to the type of voice for it.


ElevenLabs also says that 11.ai comes with MCP (Model Context Protocol) support, allowing the AI ​​to take action on something – making the virtual assistant not just a response, but also able to control several things based on permissions and integration. Currently, among the integrations that are built include Perplexity, Slack, Notion and Linear.
