Attention Samsung device users because accounts will be deleted on July 31st if they have been inactive for two years. These accounts are deleted to protect privacy and Samsung cannot store data for more than two years. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Therefore, if you still want to keep existing data, please log in to the account before July 31st.
An account will be categorized as inactive if there is no login activity, purchase or data backup within two years. Among the data that will be deleted if it is no longer active are application purchase data on the Galaxy Store, Samsung Health data, device data backups and phone, tablet and smartwatch settings stored by the account.
