The Road Transport Department (JPJ) announced that the special compound rate offer at a flat rate of RM150 has now been extended until 31 December 2025. This decision was made to provide the public with an opportunity to settle their outstanding summonses more easily and affordably.
This special offer involves only three main summons categories, namely the Automatic Safety Awareness System (AwaS) summonses issued from October 2018 to date; Notice 114 issued in 2024 and below; and Notice 115 which is a request for driver details for the year 2024 and earlier.
The public is advised to check the summonses and settle the payment through various channels provided such as the MyJPJ application, MySikap public portal, JPJ kiosks, JPJ Mobile services and JPJ counters nationwide.
JPJ also reminds that failure to resolve any compounded summons, whether outstanding summons or those that have exceeded the payment period, may result in the vehicle being automatically blacklisted by the system starting 1 July 2025.
