Razer, a leading gaming hardware brand, has introduced its latest headphone offering, the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for those who want a premium gaming audio experience for their consoles or powerful PCs.
The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro features a design that is not much different from the previous BlackShark V2 Pro offering, but comes with a number of new technologies that are expected to make these headphones popular not only among e-sports athletes, but also home users.
First is the introduction of Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 technology, which is a wireless connection technology with a latency of as low as 10ms. This ensures that communication latency between players is the lowest on the market today, and fast communication is one of the keys to victory for teams.
This is combined with the Razer HyperClear Full Band Mic, a microphone with a detachable 12mm connection that offers unidirectional studio-grade speech recording with a 48kHz sample rate for crystal-clear speech recording. If the microphone is not needed, you can unplug it and store it for later use.
This is also the first Razer BlackShark headset to come with hybrid active noise cancellation technology, where the headset comes with four small microphones built in to generate noise cancellation. Combined with memory foam on the earcups and the closed design of the headset, it will help players stay focused on their gaming session without issues with ambient noise.
The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro is seen using 50mm Gen-2 TriForce audio drivers which now give users more natural audio quality and reduce audio distortion by 50 percent, and combined with THX Spatial Audio 7.1.4 support on the PC version of the headset to allow users to track the direction of the opponent's movement more accurately.
For the Sony PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Xbox Series X/S consoles, the headset supports Tempest 3D Audio and Windows Sonic audio technologies.
