Samsung will launch its latest foldable smartphone series, namely the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE tomorrow. Recently, leading device leaker Roland Quandt has once again leaked marketing images and a list of specifications for all of their foldable smartphones.
Samsung has not confirmed which processor chip will power the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, but people expect it to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite. It will also come with 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256GB and 512GB storage options.
What can also be seen is the tri-camera system where the main camera is seen to feature a 200MP sensor, while the other two lenses are present with 12MP and 10MP sensors. Interestingly, Samsung is seen to maintain the same 4400mAH battery as the previous model with 25W fast charging. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will also be offered in three new color options, including Jetblack, Silver Shadow and Blue Shadow.
In terms of screen display, Samsung seems to be maintaining the 8-inch display design when opened, using a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a QXGA+ resolution (2184×1968 pixels)
Another observation made by Roland Quandt is that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will again not come with an S-Pen stylus, and it seems that it will not come with additional accessories for it.
Moving on to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, this device comes with a more colorful design with unique color options such as Jetblack, Shadow Blue and Coralred. When the device is folded open, it is seen using a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen display with a size of 6.9 inches at a FHD+ resolution (2520×1600 pixels) with a brightness value as high as 2600 nits.
The Infinity FlexWindow rear screen on the Z Flip 7 also shows an interesting upgrade where the screen display is seen to wrap around the entire rear panel, and around the dual-lens camera module of this device.
It is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2500 processor chip and comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X memory, and storage options starting at 256GB. Again, it uses a dual-lens camera system that comes with a built-in 50MP and 12MP sensors. Interestingly, the battery on the Z Flip 7 device is only 100mAH lower than what is shown on the Z Fold 7 device at 4300mAH with the same 25W charging speed.
This year, Samsung is seen introducing another Samsung Galaxy Flip model, namely the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE which is seen to come with the design of their foldable device last year, namely the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. Among the differences that can be seen on this device are present through the internal specifications and also the color options of the device.
According to details from the leaked specification list, the device is powered by a Samsung Exynos 2400 processor with 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and storage options starting at 128GB.
Meanwhile, the color options on this device are also more limited, coming in black and white only, unlike the previous model which featured five color options.
So far, it seems that the only detail that has not been leaked for these devices is their price, which will be revealed at the device's launch event tomorrow.
