Honor has launched the MagicBook 16 Pro 2025 targeting two categories of users, namely content creators and gamers. It comes in two version options, the standard for daily productivity work while the Hunter Edition is designed specifically for better gaming performance.
The standard MagicBook 16 Pro 2025 comes in Intel Core Ultra 5-225H and Ultra 9-285H CPU options with memory options of up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. It also uses a metal frame with a thickness of 17.9mm and a weight of 1.81kg. In addition, users can choose between three color options, namely Starry Grey, Midnight Black and Aurora Blue.
The laptop screen uses a 16-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 3072 X 1920 pixels, a refresh rate of 165Hz, a response time of 3ms, and support for 100 DCI-P3 for high color accuracy. It also comes with Oasis Eye Protection and TÜV Rheinland certification for better eye protection.
The MagicBook 16 Pro 2025 Hunter Edition uses an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU, with 8GB GDDR7 and DLSS 4.0 support. Other key hardware includes up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD internal storage. In addition, it has a low-noise cooling system and noise level. With Turbo X tuning suite and Smart Silent Cooling 2.0 technology, it can achieve 150W of performance in Beast Mode, while maintaining fan noise at 35dB when used for work and 17dB when not in use.
Both laptops are also equipped with Honor Spatial Audio 2.0 audio system that can adjust sound profiles according to game genres. At the same time, it features AI Game Assistant that can optimize laptop performance for a better experience.
The official selling price of the MagicBook Pro 16 2025 (Standard Model) starts at RMB6299 (~RM3,717), while the MagicBook Pro 16 2025 Hunter Edition (RTX 5070 GPU) starts at RMB11,499 (~RM6,786) each.
