ASUS ROG Swift and Strix OLED Gaming Monitors Equipped with Tandem OLED Technology

ASUS introduces two new gaming monitors through the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W and ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG. Both monitors use Tandem OLED technology, which is a combination of two light layers that make the screen brighter, more accurate colors and last longer.

The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W is a high-performance gaming monitor that offers a refresh rate of up to 540Hz at QHD resolution. Measuring 26.5 inches, this monitor supports dual-display mode that allows users to switch between QHD resolution at 540Hz or HD at 720Hz according to their respective needs.

The Tandem WOLED technology used provides advantages in terms of brightness and color saturation, while the True Black Glossy Coating layer ensures that the image is always clear in various lighting conditions. In terms of connectivity, this monitor supports various devices via DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 ports.

Meanwhile, the ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG also comes with a 26.5-inch display and QHD resolution. However, it offers a refresh rate of up to 280Hz. It also features a new base design that is 30% smaller than the previous model, making it more suitable for limited workspaces. It uses Tandem OLED technology, which brings significant improvements including 15% in peak brightness, 25% in color range, and 60% in panel lifespan.

The ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG also supports VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black, 99.5% DCI-P3 color gamut and Delta E<2 for color accuracy.
