HP and AMD recently held a Level Reforge product launch event in Los Angeles, California in the United States recently to showcase their latest products.
One of the products is an update to HP's gaming desktop computer series, namely the Omen 35L and Omen MAX 45L which now come not only with an updated design, but also upgraded component specifications.
Starting with the HP Omen 35L, it now comes with an additional option called the HP Omen 35L Stealth Edition which does not have RGB lighting installed on the computer. In terms of computer specifications, users can choose to get a model with a choice of chips up to Intel Core i7-14700F or AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and a choice of graphics cards from NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090.
In terms of memory and storage offerings, the Omen 35L will come with support for 128GB of DDR5 memory, while the Omen 35L Stealth Edition will feature a 64GB memory offering. In terms of storage, both models will come with a 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage option.
As for the Omen MAX 45L, it will come with a larger frame size to accommodate a built-in liquid cooling system that is seen to use a liquid cooling system combined with a special room design for radiator components to ensure that it will only suck in cold air from the outside.
In terms of component offerings, the HP Omen 45L will only use AMD Ryzen 9000 processor chips, up to the same AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D chip shown on the HP Omen 35L. The graphics card offerings also appear to be more powerful, starting with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090.
HP says that the HP Omen 35L and HP Omen 35L Stealth Edition will arrive in select markets starting in October 2025, while the HP Omen MAX 45L will go on sale around December 2025, possibly during the holiday season in Western countries.
