Insta360 introduces its latest compact action camera GO Ultra with significant performance improvements over its predecessor GO 3S. Equipped with a larger 1/1.28-inch sensor, this camera is capable of producing sharper and brighter images, especially in low light.
GO Ultra supports up to 50MP stills and 4K/60FPS video. Image formats are JPG and DNG, while videos are recorded in MP4. It offers various recording modes such as HDR, Timelapse, Slow Motion and Portrait, and supports Active HDR up to 4K30fps. The camera also supports 4:3, 16:9 and 2.35:1 aspect ratios with slow motion recording up to 240fps at 1080P resolution.
The included PureVideo technology ensures that recordings remain stable even in dark conditions or while moving. The Insta360 app has also been improved with new AI features that allow users to edit videos more easily by adding visual effects, audio and transitions.
GO Ultra is designed for hands-free recording and comes with accessories such as Magnet Pendant, Sticky Tabs, Pivot Mount and Flexi Strap Mount. With an IPX8 waterproof rating, it can be used up to 10 meters underwater, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
The camera can record for up to 70 minutes continuously and up to 200 minutes when paired with the Action Pod. It supports fast charging to 80% in just 12 minutes. GO Ultra also supports microSD cards up to 2TB.
