The Poco M7 Plus 5G was launched today and is not only equipped with a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chip but also paired with a 7000 mAh battery. Like the previous M7, it is marketed as a mid-range device with 5G network support.
The device also comes with a 6.9″ IPS LCD FHD+ screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage that can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. Furthermore, the 7000 mAh battery supports 33W charging only.
The main wide-angle camera is 50MP with a secondary lens that detects depth. The selfie camera is 8MP. The body passes the IP64 waterproof and dustproof standards, equipped with a side fingerprint scanner, infrared emitter and mono speaker. The operating system used is Hyper OS based on Android 15. Poco will provide support for two versions of Android and four years of security patches.
