Setel is a digital application that initially focused on facilitating payments for fuel purchases at Petronas stations. Introduced in July 2018, it has now been gradually expanded to add several features, including parking payment support and others.
According to Setel, the application is now used by over 9 million Malaysians, and can be accessed at over 1000 Pestronas stations and over 2.6 million merchants nationwide. Since it also supports DuitNow QR payments, Setel can also be used as a digital wallet.
Setel is offered through the Setel and Setel Lite applications (focusing on low-spec Android device users), in addition to being built into the Touch n Go eWallet application.
