Touch n Go eWallet has now updated their app, focusing on QR code scanner support. With the new update, Touch n Go eWallet has upgraded its QR code scanner support, and it is no longer limited to payment-focused QR codes.
Instead, you can scan any other QR code, including web links, registration forms, and more, directly using it. Our own tests have shown that it works smoothly and quickly, including taking users to a web browser if they open a link.
With this move, users no longer need an additional QR code scanner on their smartphones. For your information, some smartphones do not support QR code scanning in the camera app, requiring users to install a dedicated app for it. Since Touch n Go eWallet now integrates it, you no longer need to install another QR code scanner app.
