Acer TravelMate can be said to be one of the laptop models that has long been known to many in Malaysia. During the Next@Acer event in Berlin, they introduced the Acer TravelMate X 14 AI, which is a compact business-class laptop that comes with great specifications and can be said to be quite durable.
The Acer TravelMate X 14 AI comes with a choice of 14-inch OLED or IPS display with WUXGA resolution (1920×1200) and a brightness value of 500 nits combined with AI technologies such as Acer Purified View 2.0 and Acer Purified Voice 2.0 which are paired with speakers with DTS:X technology for clear video and voice calls.
This laptop is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor chip with 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. These specifications allow this laptop to use the Microsoft Windows 11 Pro operating system with smart features displayed through CoPilot+.
The frame of this laptop is also made of aluminum and comes with a 15.9mm thick design with a weight of only 1.27KG, making this laptop a thin, light and powerful work machine.
Apart from that, it has also passed the MIL-STD 810H test which means that this TravelMate X 14 AI laptop is resistant to vibration, humidity and extreme temperatures, making it quite useful for various types of work sectors.
In terms of plug support, this laptop is seen to come with two Thunderbolt 4 plugs, one USB 3.2 Type-A plug, one HDMI 2.1 plug and one gigabit Ethernet plug. It also comes with support for WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless connections.
Acer says that this Acer TravelMate X 14 AI laptop will arrive in selected markets starting September or the fourth quarter of this year.
