The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 has been launched in Malaysia as an update to the Ultimate series. It is specially designed for divers with underwater sonar support and comes with the best fitness and health features.
The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 comes with a 1.5-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED screen with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a brightness of 3500 nits. The frame is made of liquid zirconium metal with a back plate of zirconium steel and nanocrystalline ceramic. It also comes with a choice of black and blue and white fluoroelastomer straps, with an additional titanium strap in the box.
Interestingly, this watch is the first to support underwater sonar communication up to 60 meters for preset messages and SOS alerts, and allows communication between watches within a distance of 30 meters. It is also waterproof up to 150 meters, making it suitable for deep-sea activities.
In addition, it is equipped with an enhanced antenna system, HD golf course maps and outdoor navigation using Sunflower Positioning System technology. The watch supports eSIM calling, fall detection, emergency SOS and high altitude monitoring.
For health, TruSense technology with X-TAP support enables more accurate tracking across 11 metrics such as Health Glance, fingertip SpO2, heart rate and sleep tracking. The battery is provided to last 11 days in power saving mode and 4.5 days for normal use.
The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 is priced starting at RM3,499 (black) and RM3999 (blue) and is now available for pre-order in Malaysia. Every purchase comes with free gifts worth up to RM1,305 including HUAWEI FreeClip, three months of HUAWEI Health+ subscription and two years of HUAWEI Care+ protection.
