If you own a gaming computer and a video game console, one of the things that may seem a bit annoying is switching the wireless connection from computer to console and back which may be seen as complicated.
Logitech Malaysia has today announced that their latest Logitech Astro headphones, the Logitech Astro A20X, have now entered the local market. These headphones come with the ability to change the connection settings from computer to console quickly and easily.
Starting with the design, the Astro A20X headphones come with a polycarbonate frame with a built-in lighting system on both ears that can be customized via Logitech software. It also has a built-in microphone that can be removed if you don't need it.
In terms of audio specifications, it uses 40mm PRO-G Audio biocellulose audio drivers with a frequency range of 20Hz-20KHz and supports three connection modes, including WiFi and Bluetooth 5.3 via the PLAYSYNC Base accessory and also wired connection via the USB Type-C to Type-A cable that comes with these headphones.
It also has a built-in battery that comes with a life span of 90 hours if the RGB lighting is not attached, and 40 hours with it attached. These headphones come with support for audio quality up to 24 bit/48 kHz on computers and up to 16 bit/48 kHz on game consoles.
To make switching between consoles easier, these headphones come with a button that allows you to switch the audio input from your PC to another console, giving users the option to connect these Astro A20X headphones to consoles such as the Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X or S or Nintendo Switch 1 or 2.
These headphones also come with a weight of only 300g, perfect if you are someone who likes to play computer or video games for hours, and prefers to use headphones or earbuds rather than speakers.
According to Logitech Malaysia, the Logitech Astro A20X headphones will be offered in the local market soon at a price of RM799.
