Government Offers 50% Toll Discount for Two Days in Conjunction with Deepavali

During the Budget 2026 presentation speech held today, the government also took the opportunity to announce that it has approved the offer of a 50% discount on tolls for two days in conjunction with the Deepavali festival.

This toll offer also indirectly encourages local people to travel to their villages or go on vacation outside the countryside, thus increasing the rate of domestic tourism.
