Xiaomi today introduced their flagship phone under the Redmi brand, namely Redmi K90 Pro Max. This device was announced for the Chinese market, and comes with a number of flagship specifications along with it.
Redmi K90 Pro Max comes with a 6.9-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution, offers a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a brightness rate of up to 3500-nits. It also includes HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. Powering this device is the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, memory options up to 16GB RAM, and storage up to 1TB UFS 4.1.
Redmi K90 Pro Max includes a 50-megapixel rear camera paired with a 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP 5x telephoto lens. It supports 8K OIS video recording. On the front, it includes a 20MP selfie camera with 4K video recording support.
Completing this device is also audio support tuned by Bose, 2.1ch speakers, and also Hi-Res audio support. On the battery side, it includes a 7560mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
This smartphone also comes with IP68 waterproof and dustproof certification, in addition to also including an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for authentication.
For now, the Redmi K90 Pro Max is only sold in China. It may be marketed globally under a different name.
