It is said that the buyer is Bending Spoons. For your information, recently Bending Spoons has been active in buying a number of once-prominent internet brands that are now increasingly forgotten or facing problems.

Among the brands under them are Vimeo, Evernote, WeTransfer and various other services, used by more than 300 million active users each month. With the acquisition of AOL, it will further expand the product offerings under them, in addition to increasing the number of users of the products under them.
