Pos Malaysia offers cashless payment facilities for cash on delivery (COD) via the DuitNow QR code. This collaboration with Fiuu and PayNet allows any customer to make payments by simply scanning the QR code using their phone, thus ensuring more secure transactions.
More than 6,000 Pos Malaysia couriers nationwide, including Sabah and Sarawak, will be equipped with this payment facility. This measure will not only improve operational efficiency but also help reduce issues such as providing balances and the risk of loss or theft.
This implementation also supports cross-border transactions through various international platforms such as Alipay+, Weixin Pay, UnionPay QR, QRIS, NETS and Prompt Pay. With the support of Fiuu, Pos Malaysia can also offer services to international customers while enjoying more affordable domestic payment rates.
