The Huawei Mate 70 Air was launched in China today with a thin body but still equipped with a 6500 mAh battery. It is equipped with a 7″ OLED 120Hz screen, with a choice of Kirin 9020B or Kirin 9020A processor. This is matched with up to 16GB of memory and up to 512GB of storage.
The main camera consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens, 8MP ultra-wide and 12MP telephoto. On the front, a 10.7MP camera is used for selfies. The giant 6500 mAh silicon carbon battery used supports 66W charging. The operating system used is HarmonyOS 5.1.
Among the interesting features included are IP69 waterproof and dustproof, AI system, gesture control using the front camera, durable Kunlun glass and satellite communication. The fingerprint scanner, however, is on the side built into the power button. The device is priced starting at RMB 4199 (~RM 2465) in Obsidian Black, Feather White, and Gold & Silver Brocade color options.
