Several Intel Nova Lake Chips Expected to Come with bLLC Memory Like AMD's 3D V-cache

The Intel Nova Lake or Intel Core Ultra 300 S processor series is expected to be launched at the end of next year, and recently, there have been some interesting rumors being talked about about the chip series.

One of them is that there are several models of Nova Lake processor chips that will come with a memory cache called bLLC or Big Last Level Cache, which is additional memory loaded next to the processing core to load data faster, using a concept that is more or less the same as the 3D V-cache used in the AMD Ryzen X3D processor chip series.

Kopite7Kimi, who leaked these details, said that four Intel Nova Lake chip models will come with high core configurations and will come with the use of this bLLC memory.

One of the processor chip models will come with a two-tile configuration consisting of a combination of 8 (Performance) + 16 (Efficiency) cores. Another CPU model will come with a two-core configuration consisting of a combination of 8 (Performance) + 12 (Efficiency) cores, where each of these cores will come with 144MB of bLLC memory, making the total on each processor chip 288MB bLLC.

Two other CPU models are seen to come with a single core core consisting of a configuration of 8 (Performance) + 16 (Efficiency) and 8 (Performance) + 12 (Efficiency) also seen to come with 144MB of bLLC memory.

There are no details on the model names of these chips so far, but they are likely part of the previously mentioned Intel Core Ultra 300 X series of processor chips.
