Apple to Add More Ad Display to AppStore Search



Apple today announced that it will add more advertising opportunities to the App Store by 2026, signaling that more ads will be displayed in search results and other pages on the Apple App Store.


As many of you know, the App Store is a one-stop shop for Apple users to get apps and software – whether for macOS, iOS or iPadOS. According to Apple, around 800 million people visit the App Store every week, and of course many compete with each other to highlight their respective apps.


Apple is ready to generate high income through advertising and services. Of course, various methods are being looked at to maximize their income through it. Apple says this new advertising opportunity will arrive via the iOS 26.2 update scheduled for 2026.
