Perodua Does Not Allow Battery Use for Driving, Delivery and Commercial Purposes

Perodua is ready to publish a document related to battery rental for electric vehicles, which shows several things, including stating that users cannot start the vehicle if they fail to pay the rental for two months. In addition, through the Perodua document, it is also stated that users cannot use the vehicle's battery for driving, delivery, commercial activities, or any other thing that violates the law.

This also means that users cannot use the Perodua QV-E vehicle that uses Perodua batteries for services such as Grab, Lalamove, and others.

The reason for this is not stated. However, it may be because use for these activities will require repeated charging activities due to the higher travel distance, which may impact the battery health rate.

Perodua through the Perodua QV-E introduced the concept of battery rental, requiring users to pay a rental of RM275 per month for 9 years.
