Samsung continues to provide updates for up to six years for its entry-level phones, and now it is also brought to the new Galaxy A07 5G model. The introduction of the device is an addition to the previous LTE version in addition to coming with several changes to the internal hardware.
The Samsung Galaxy A07 5G comes with a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 (HD+) and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 6300 chip with a memory option of up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In addition, the 6000mAh battery is provided and can be recharged via USB-C port support.
This device also receives security update support for up to six major operating system updates and six years of protection similar to the LTE model, making it suitable for long-term use. In terms of cameras, it is equipped with a 50MP + 2MP setup on the rear and an 8MP selfie camera. The device is also protected with an IP54 waterproof rating.
The Samsung Galaxy A07 5G is priced at Php 8,290 (~RM552) for the 64GB model and Php 9,990 (~RM666) for the 128GB model. It comes in several color options including black and purple.
Based on the review, the device has also started to be listed on the official Samsung Malaysia website as an upcoming product, indicating that its launch in the local market will take place soon.
