After more than two years of launch, the Apple Vision Pro has finally received an official YouTube app from Google. The app supports standard, 180-degree and even 360-degree video streaming natively. On the Vision Pro with the Apple M5 chip, it can also stream video at 8K resolution.
Previously, Vision Pro owners could only watch YouTube content using the Safari web browser. Google previously said that the app would not be developed due to the low number of users. In addition to Google, Netflix and Spotify apps are also not offered for the VisionOS operating system.
