Xiaomi Tag on Sale in Malaysia Starting at RM79

Xiaomi Tag is now officially on sale in Malaysia starting at RM79. It marks Xiaomi's entry into the growing personal tracking device segment, where more brands such as Samsung and Apple are also competing.

Xiaomi Tag weighs only 10 grams and is designed with a simple package, making it easy for users to hang it directly on bags or valuables without the need for an additional holder. Although it does not support UWB, Xiaomi Tag is among the models on the market that support both Android Find Hub and Apple Find My systems.

Xiaomi Tag relies entirely on Bluetooth for the tracking system, so the location displayed may not be accurate, but it still offers basic transmission functions to help users track their belongings. For Apple users, there is an added advantage because this device supports NFC for Lost Mode, making it easier to search for lost items.

In addition, Xiaomi Tag can be shared with family and friends via the Share with others function, so they can also help find lost items. This device also comes with IP67 certification and Xiaomi claims its battery life can last more than a year.

In Malaysia, Xiaomi Tag is sold in a single pack for RM79 and a four-pack for RM299. However, introductory prices are being offered at RM59 for a single pack and RM199 for a four-pack for a limited time.
