The Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W) and Anker Prime Charger (160W) are two of the most premium chargers to ever arrive at our’s lab. Typically, the most important thing in a power bank is capacity and in a charger, power output. Through these two products, I can see a future where chargers and power banks are getting smarter.
The many new features on these two products make me say “why didn’t someone else do it first? This is awesome”. Below are the reviews for the Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W) and Anker Prime Charger (160W) which dare to offer new features that I never thought I would need until now.

The Anker Prime Power Bank (26K 300W) is equipped with a 26,250mAh battery pack and supports power output up to 300W. It is the power bank with the highest capacity and charging power I have ever reviewed . Despite its large capacity, it is still safe to bring into the airplane cabin.
You just have to know that airlines now have different guidelines regarding its use. Some allow it to be used, some prohibit it outright and some simply do not allow it to be stored in a bag in the overhead storage area.
The body finish is made of plastic in a metallic gray color that makes it feel like it is made of metal. With a boxy shape, it is easier to hold in the hand because it is not too flat. On the front is an LCD screen that displays output, power input, temperature and can even display the time if activated.
This screen display rotates itself according to the orientation of the power bank placed on the table. This is very helpful because you don't have to turn to see the screen as it rotates on its own like on a smartphone.
On the right side there is a power button to start charging. On the bottom there is a metal pin to charge the powerbank using the Anker 100W Charging Base charging dock. This is the first time I have personally seen a powerbank with a dedicated charging dock.
The powerbank has two USB-C charging ports each with a simultaneous 140W power output and one USB-A with a 22.5W power output. Theoretically it can charge two devices at 140W power and one 20W device simultaneously which is very high. The majority of powerbanks I own only have a power output of 1000W. With the Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W), I can charge two MacBook Pros and an iPhone 11 simultaneously without having to worry.
The supported charging formats are PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 which are supported by the majority of electronic devices on the market.
USAGE EXPERIENCE
Because of the 300W output, it can charge all the devices I need to carry when working outside at the same time. When charging, the LCD screen on the side of the body will show the charging power level in real time, the voltage is clearly displayed. Unlike the Ugreen charger, the current and graph are not displayed on the screen. If you want to see it too, it can only be accessed using the Anker app.
Yes, the app because this powerbank can be connected to the phone using bluetooth, Through this app, the battery percentage, time to recharge the battery pack, battery health level, charging graph, type of cable used, charging format used, phone model being charged and firmware updates can be done. The app is also used to change the screen brightness level, how long the screen needs to be active before turning off and activate the clock mode.
All of this is done by Anker because China has required it since last year for security reasons for powerbanks to be brought on airplanes. If you are planning to go to China, this is a powerbank that meets China's criteria because the battery health level can be shown to security,.
The trickle charge mode can also be activated by pressing the power button twice. This is for charging low-power devices such as earphones, headphones, smartwatches and smart rings. There is no need to worry about the device's battery being damaged due to excessive current with this mode.
BATTERY
Despite the 26,250 mAh capacity, the total charge that can be done is not up to 5X5000 mAh due to power loss through electrical resistance. A MacBook Pro 16 (8,693 mAh) can be charged twice. An S26 Ultra (5000 mAh) can only be charged four times. This is an issue with all power banks on the market.
What I can praise is that even when charging at 90W output, the power bank does not get hot. Unlike other brand power banks I have. Recharging time is only around 80 minutes using a 140W charger. If you want it faster, two 140W chargers can be connected to both USB-C ports which shortens the recharge time to just 44 minutes! Faster than the charging time of the Galaxy S26 Ultra with a 65W charger.
CONCLUSION
At RM999, the Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W) is an expensive power bank, no doubt about it. But this is the price you pay for a power bank that doesn’t compromise on capacity, high charging power, super fast recharging and app support that gives it features that other power banks I’ve reviewed don’t have. It’s worth it for those looking for the best power bank on the market right now.
