Apple today announced that they have scheduled their annual WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) event for June 8 to June 12 (June 9, 2026 local time). This event will be held online, making it easier for developers around the world to participate.
WWDC26 will focus on several things, including updates to Apple's platforms, including iOS, iPadOS and macOS. Not only that, Apple also said that it will also share information about its AI offerings under them, in addition to new software for developers.
Apple has previously faced challenges in the development of Apple Intelligence, and this year has announced a partnership with Google, and will use a variant of the Gemini model that is specifically for Apple. Not only that, Apple is also said to introduce a MacBook with touch screen support, which may also be shared to allow developers to prepare their respective applications.
With this development, let's all look forward to this June to see what new Apple offers for this year and 2027.
