With the launch of the Gemini 3.1 Flash Live model this morning, the Google Search Live feature is finally available in Malaysia. Previously, the feature was only accessible to residents of the United States and India.
Through Search Live, search using voice conversations in the Google application for smartphones. The Gemini icon is now placed next to AI Mode and Nano Banana in the application. When the application is pressed, search using voice commands and real-time conversations can be performed. Search Live is the same as Gemini Live except that it can also perform searches by looking using the user's device camera.
With Gemini 3.1 Flash Live, conversations with Gemini will be more realistic and natural and the latency before a response is given is shorter. Google Search Live supports conversations in Bahasa Melayu as well as 90 other languages in 200 countries and territories around the world. To use it, please open the Google application on your device.
