Nintendo is now seen to have filed a lawsuit against the US government, due to the implementation of tariffs on global businesses. In parallel, Nintendo is now hoping that any taxes or tariffs that have been paid can be returned to them.
For your information, previously, a court in the US has said that President Trump has exceeded the limits of his duties and authority in implementing tariffs on various countries and global businesses is illegal. This also makes the tariffs illegal and should not be implemented.
