YouTube already has several different advertising offerings through their platform. Most recently, Google announced the addition of 30-second non-skippable ads on YouTube TV. Google stated that with this offering, it ensures that a brand's marketing campaigns can be well targeted to viewers.
As usual, this is certainly not something that users around the world are interested in. For now, this advertising offering is limited to YouTube users on television screens only.
If users are not interested in advertising displays, YouTube provides an alternative to subscribe to YouTube Premium, and use the video service without any ads.
