The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026 was launched today as a new addition to the MatePad series in Malaysia. As usual, it maintains a PC-like experience with WPS Office 3.0 support as well as several additional accessories provided including the M-Pencil Pro and Smart Magnetic Keyboard.
The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026 comes with an 11.5″ 2.8K LCD screen that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 500 nits peak brightness. This screen also offers an 87% screen-to-body ratio along with a 1500:1 contrast ratio. In terms of memory, it is equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and runs the HarmonyOS 4.3 operating system. However, information about the processing chip is not disclosed even through Huawei’s official website.
With the new version of Huawei Notes, users can take notes more easily through features such as AI Handwriting Enhancement and Equation Recognition that convert handwritten input into more readable results. The GoPaint application is also provided for sketching, WPS Office 3.0 offers a PC-like experience for document management, while Wonder Share Filmora allows video editing to be done directly on the device.
In addition, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026 is also equipped with a 13MP (f/1.8, AF) main camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It is supported by a battery with a capacity of 8800 mAh and only offers Wi-Fi network support.
