X is ready to offer messaging support on their main app. In an effort to make users focus more on the messaging features offered, X is now also introducing a separate app called X Chat, first for iPhone users.
X Chat is offered for free, and includes a number of interesting features, including preventing screen recording, sending disappearing messages, as well as support for sending files, making calls and others. This app is also said to include full encryption support, no tracking, and no ads.
For those of you who have an X account, you can continue to use X Chat through this separate app. If interested, you can download X Chat on iPhone today. It is still unknown when X Chat will be offered for Android users.
