Telekom Malaysia through the Unifi Alerts website has now informed that some users in Kedah and Perlis will experience internet connection disruptions, where performance and speed may be slightly reduced compared to normal.
TM said this is due to a cut cable, which has led to problems and disruptions in internet connections in Kedah and Perlis. According to the target, TM aims to have this problem resolved by 3 am tomorrow.
In addition, the connection in Bintangor, Sarawak is also facing the same problem, and due to the same cause, namely a cut cable. The connection in Bintangor, Sarawak is expected to be restored as early as 6 am tomorrow.
