AMD Radeon RX 9050 Graphics Card In Development For Affordable Gaming PCs

AMD recently reported that it is developing another gaming graphics card using its latest RDNA 5 graphics chip after the introduction of other mid-range graphics card models AMD Radeon RX 9070 and AMD Radeon RX 9060.

And not surprisingly, the graphics card is the AMD Radeon RX 9050 which seems to come with 8GB of GDDR6 memory just like what is offered through the RX 9060 model. What is interesting about this new graphics card is that it is said to come with the same number of cores as the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card, which is 2048 stream processor cores.

Although this graphics card has the same number of cores, according to information leaked through a graphics card developer partner, it comes with a Game Clock speed of 1920MHz and a Boost Clock of up to 2600MHz, where the AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card comes with a Game Clock speed of 2,530 MHz and a Boost Clock as high as 3130MHz. Meanwhile, the GDDR6 memory bandwidth used on this graphics card is as high as 288GB/s which is the same as what was shown on the RX 9060 card.

So far it is not known when AMD will officially introduce this graphics card.
