Anthropic is the company behind the Claude artificial intelligence model. In addition to outsiders, now Anthropic's Chief Financial Officer also shared that 90% of the code for the company is developed by artificial intelligence.
They use Claude Code in developing more than 90% of their product code. This also shows the rapid transition in the software development arena. Previously, several companies also shared that some of their code is now developed by artificial intelligence, including Google itself.
However, this 90% figure is a high figure, and was first shared by Anthropic. It was shared that AI is used for implementation tasks, while humans perform tasks such as strategy formulation, evaluation and monitoring. The use of AI also speeds up tasks and increases productivity.
