DJI Now Shares Some Important Details of Osmo Pocket 4P

DJI has finally introduced the Osmo Pocket 4P on stage at the Cannes Film Festival. This model is an improved version of the Osmo Pocket 4 that was announced last month. The Osmo Pocket 4P is designed specifically for filmmakers and documentary creators, marking a new evolution of the pocket-sized gimbal camera.

Although DJI has officially revealed the new camera, they have not yet shared full details as the announcement is quite limited. What is certain is that this product clearly shows that the Osmo Pocket 4P is better than the Osmo Pocket 4 in terms of expected performance.

Among the main features highlighted are a new generation image system with cinematic dynamic range, 10-bit D-Log2 support for professional color workflows, and advanced stabilization for clearer cinematic footage.

In addition, the Osmo Pocket 4P also offers more natural portrait shooting capabilities with realistic skin tones, improved zoom function for distant subjects without compromising quality, and better performance in low light conditions through a new sensor and algorithm.

Additionally, the camera is compatible with the DJI ecosystem through audio accessories, stabilizing gimbals and mobile power such as the DJI Power 1000 Mini and DJI Power 2000. It also supports professional workflows in a fully mobile setup.

The Osmo Pocket 4P will be sold via the official DJI website and authorized distributors, with pricing and configurations to be announced at a later date.
