At the end of last year, Valve introduced its PC console called Steam Machine, as a replacement for the increasingly expensive gaming computers. Last week, Valve opened a sale for the Steam Controller, which sold out in less than an hour.
But now, the controller's sales website appears to have been updated with new code that shows ID numbers for four Steam Machine console model variations, including 1629447, 1629446, 1629458 and 1629460. These ID numbers were also found to be confirmed via SteamDB itself, but it does not confirm what products will be tied to these numbers.
What is known is that it is a Steam Machine console, and it is highly likely that it shows the Steam Machine configuration with 512GB and 2TB storage capacities, while the other two are models that will be sold together with the Steam Controller game controller.
It is currently unknown when the Steam Machine console will go on sale, and what the price tag will be.
