I find that iOS, despite having a beautiful interface, lacks many of the attractive features of Android. I often receive questions asking “is it difficult to migrate from iOS to Android?” The answer I give is yes because not all data from an iPhone is compatible with being transferred to a new Android device.
This morning Google said they are working with Apple to make it easier to process more data if iPhone users want to migrate to Android. Soon, iPhone data in the form of passwords, photos, messages, favorite apps, device front screen layouts and eSIM can be transferred more easily to Android devices.
The feature will be available this year with support being received by Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices first before being expanded to devices from other Android manufacturers.
