With the development of the digital arena, various government services are also based on digital. If previously there were a number of services developed by third parties or external parties, now the Prime Minister has issued a directive that all aspects of government digital services be developed internally.
This step is in an effort to ensure data is secure, and to ensure talent development in civil servants, as well as direct access to source code. This matter will be coordinated through the National Digital Department.
With this directive, we may also see more projects developed internally, thus ensuring that the government has full access to source code, databases and others.
