The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is set to launch at the end of December 2025 with a device with a screen that can be folded 3 times. When opened, the small 6.5″ screen expands to 10″ allowing the Galaxy Z TriFold to be used as a full-sized tablet. After the launch, the Galaxy Z TriFold was only offered in South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, UAE and the United States.
Now, an ETnews report has emerged, Samsung has begun development of the new Galaxy Z TriFold. In the same report, this time Samsung will offer it to more markets. Although marketed in a small number of markets, production of the Galaxy Z TriFold was ended in March. Each device needs to be ordered in advance to be manufactured. This is due to the RAM crisis and low demand due to the device being sold at a price of around RM 12,000 each.
With the RAM crisis now becoming more critical, if the new Galaxy Z TriFold is offered in Malaysia we expect the selling price to reach at least RM13,000 each.
