Bolt, one of the ride-hailing service providers in Malaysia, has now activated an integration feature with ChatGPT, allowing Bolt users to book transportation to their destinations directly through ChatGPT.
With this integration, users can interact with Bolt to obtain a number of information, including fare estimates, compare route options, check driver arrival times, and more. In fact, users can also make additional checks such as the location to be picked up to shorten the overall travel time.
This makes it easier for users to use only one application for the purpose of planning their trips. For now, payments will be processed using the Bolt application, but moving forward, it will be integrated to be done directly using ChatGPT.
For those of you who actively use ChatGPT, you can activate Bolt on ChatGPT, and use it in your trip management. Previously, Shopee also introduced Shopee integration to ChatGPT.
