Apple has officially introduced a smart display panel for home use by the entire family, named Apple HomeView. It features a 7-inch screen and is powered by Siri AI, allowing users to interact with the device and easily check various information.
Apple HomeView is positioned as a central home device for the whole family, serving as a hub for checking information and appointments, as well as making FaceTime video calls. It comes with a stand for placement on surfaces but can also be wall-mounted.
Apple states that the screen displays information based on the user's proximity, making it easy to read at a glance. HomeView is optimized for use by up to six people. It can also function as a digital photo frame when idle or be used to play music.
At present, there is no announcement regarding the availability of Apple HomeView for the Malaysian market. One possibility is that it currently supports Siri AI only in English.
