Apple today announced an update to its TV streaming box, the Apple TV 4K. True to its name, it supports 4K resolution and is powered by the Apple A19 chip—which is more powerful than the previous generation—delivering improved performance and a better overall user experience when consuming content.
The Apple TV 4K remote features a dedicated button to activate Siri, alongside a clickpad for easy navigation.
As before, users can cast content from their devices to the TV screen, use the device with an iPhone for FaceTime calls, and connect up to four speakers for an enhanced audio experience—including integration with the HomePod Mini 2.
In Malaysia, the Apple TV 4K will be available starting November 13, priced at RM1,349.
