The Honor Life S3 launched in China yesterday, featuring a 3.7-inch E Ink display that attaches to the back of a smartphone via built-in magnets. It runs on an RTOS operating system, comes with 16MB of storage, and is equipped with a 650 mAh battery that offers up to 30 hours of use on a single charge.
While the internal storage is quite limited, the Life S3 supports microSD cards of up to 1TB. Supported e-book formats include EPUB and MOBI, alongside document formats such as TXT, DOC, DOCX, and PDF. The device measures 5.6 mm in thickness and weighs just 61 g. Thanks to its compact size, it can attach to the back of most smartphones, much like a power bank.
In China, the Honor Life S3 is priced at RMB 360 (~RM 219) per unit.
