NVIDIA has announced a $3 billion investment in Meta’s equity offering, further strengthening the partnership between the two companies. Beyond this investment, the collaboration will also encompass Muse—Meta’s AI agent offering, which is currently available only in a limited number of countries.
This investment comes as Meta raises an additional $95 billion to support its artificial intelligence services, most notably Muse. These funds are essential for securing the computing power and infrastructure required to accommodate a large user base.
AI agent offerings are transforming how users interact with technology and carry out daily tasks; by automating a wide range of processes, they enable significantly higher levels of productivity. Furthermore, Meta intends to use the capital raised to develop more powerful artificial intelligence models, keeping pace with the rapid evolution of the field.
Notably, NVIDIA has previously invested in OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, and Intel, as well as various other AI-focused startups.
