Samsung’s washers and dryers are known for their excellent cleaning performance, driven by the integration of various cutting-edge technologies. A prime example from last year is the Samsung Bespoke washing machine, which features voice control, the ability to answer phone calls, and smart functions that automatically initiate wash cycles based on the garments loaded.
Having long served the consumer market, Samsung is now leveraging its expertise to enter the B2B (business-to-business) sector. These commercial units retain many of the smart features found in the company’s consumer products, now tailored to help laundry business owners manage their operations more efficiently.
The offering includes front-load washing machines with a capacity of up to 18 kilograms, alongside front-load dryers with a 14-kilogram capacity. Both units have been enhanced for greater durability to withstand more frequent use; for instance, the washing machine’s Direct Drive drum system is tested to endure up to 30,000 cycles.
Equipped with the "Bubble Wash" system, the machines deliver a deeper clean in as little as 36 minutes. They are designed to be stacked, allowing laundry owners to maximize their available floor space.
Furthermore, the dryer drum incorporates a vibration-reduction system, which not only lowers noise levels but also prevents potential damage caused by resonant frequencies.
Through Samsung’s smart, connected ecosystem, laundry owners can manage wash durations, detergent dosage, and drum cleaning cycles via a mobile app. The app also provides instant alerts regarding any issues with the machines, eliminating the need for owners to be physically present at the premises. Samsung’s B2B washing machines and dryers are already available to customers in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, with plans to expand into more markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania by the end of 2026.
