For any document management or registration, we are asked to attach a photo. The problem is, the size of likes varies with needs. The solution is to edit it yourself.
Meanwhile, for the general public, there are only document development activities or new management and registration for any purpose. In times of emergency, of course everything is done online with digital data.
Usually, of all the requirements, there is a request to send a photo, either a photo, or an attachment to the document to be photographed. Well, this is where sometimes there are problems.
For example, a request of a certain size should not exceed a few MB or even hundreds of kilo bytes. If our tools are limited, don’t worry, we are collected from various sources, we can reduce the size of the photo or compress it via mobile.
1. How to reduce the size of a photo from a special website site
Compressing photos online using a special website is the easiest as you don’t have to download any application. In addition, this method can also be used via mobile phones.
To compress photos online, the first thing you should do is open the https://imagecompressor.com/id/ page through the browser of your choice. Click the File Upload option in the center of the screen and select the photo you want to compress. Or you can also drag and drop photos directly from the file manager to the browser.
You can compress up to 20 photos at once. The photos you select will be loaded and compressed automatically. Wait a few seconds for the upload and compression process to complete.
Once this process is complete, you can download the compressed photo directly. But if you want to feel the measurements are still not as you want, you can scroll down and change the compression level.
You will see two versions of the photo, one uncompressed and the other. Next to it there is a photo quality indicator slide that you can upload or download as you wish.
If the size suits you, click Download All to download your photos to your PC or mobile phone.
2. How to reduce photo size with Android application
There are many ways to compress photos using an Android phone or cell phone, including using apps. One of the easy and widely used photo compression applications is Photo Compress & Resize developed by Lit Photo.
To use it, you must first download the app in the Google Play Store. Once the download and installation process is complete, open the application.
On the front page select the Compress Photos menu. Select the photos you want, and you can select up to 100 photos at once to compress.
Once you’ve finished selecting a photo, click the check mark at the top right of the app. You are given two compression options, which are to shrink the photo based on its quality or size.
If you select the quality option, move the slider to the desired quality percentage. The larger the percentage, the greater the size and quality, and vice versa.
If you select the size option, you can reduce the size according to a certain size, for example 200 KB. You only need to move the slider to 200 KB.
If the quality and size are as desired, click Start Compressing. Wait a few seconds and your photos will be automatically saved in an accessible LitPhoto folder in the Gallery or file manager.
